Hurricane Harvey​

On August 27, 2017, Hurricane Harvey hit the Gulf Coast. Within hours, the Goldbergs' home had four feet of water inside.

Two days later, the Army Corps of Engineers released water from two local reservoirs that left the Goldbergs' home filled with six feet of standing water for the next ten days.
